Senior year!
The 7 elements of art are line, shape, color, value, form, texture, and space. Each one brings a different thing to the table. Lines define the shape of your drawing. Shape is the main focus of your picture. Color makes it fun and colorful. Value is making it shaded and more realistic. Form changes the out look of you whole picture. Texture makes it look more real and life like. Space is important because if it is too crowded it could probably look like crap and not look good. All of these things are very important when doing art. I think the hardest thing for me is space. I sometimes get a little carried away and it ends up ruining the whole picture.

Advanced Art Semester Test.
Advanced art was prob my favorite class of the year. I loved how it was very open. I could do what ever I wanted to for my project. My favorite project was probably my despicable me guy because he is so dang cute! I also enjoy doing zentangle a lot, I like to see what comes to mind and how to interact them together. I can't wait to take advanced art next year to see how much more I can grow as an artist because I have grown so much this year. This class totally pwns!

Semester Test
This year in art I learned about how to make things out of a 3D object. It was really hard because you had to use your imagination. I really like art it is one of my favorite classes. I have gotten better this year then i ever thought i would. I am going to take an advanced art next year because i personally like that more because i can have more choice in what i do. It was really hard trying to think of things to do on objects. I think my favorite project was the master study i don't like the object i put it on but over all i really liked doing it. I didn't like the andy one that much because there wasn't a lot to work with but it was still interesting.

Andy Goldsworthy
grass heart
Peace sign out of dandelions
Star out of fingers using a shadow
Haley's lay out of her body out of rocks
Heart out of wood chips
I learned that he has to be a very patient person to do what he does. It takes him a lot of time to do one project but he makes sure he does it very well. I would never be able to be that patient, I would work hours on a project and it would fall more than likely and I would give up. Over all what he does is very interesting.

Master Study
I used the piece from magritte. The eye with the clouds in the back round really caught my eye because I liked all the detail he put towards the clouds, and I tried really hard to do the same. I surprised myself and did a pretty decent job at copying it. I wish I would have picked a different structure to put it on, but I worked with what I had.
Purse
I made a purse out of purple duct tape. I was really shocked because all the videos I watched I noticed that you had to use some kind of foil. I was surprised that this website she made it just out of duct tape. The only thing I really don't like about this purse is the strap is too thick. other then that I think its pretty cool.

Wire and Light bulb
For this wire and lightbulb project i made a butterfly. It was hard to try to match one wing to another. I wish we would have had tougher wire so i could have tried a more complex idea, but every time i tried it wouldn't stay. This was an ok project.
